We collect names, credit card information, and addresses of our customers for the purpose of facilitating our waste services. Your data will be handled confidentially and securely, in compliance with data protection laws in the United Kingdom.
Payment
All payments must be made upfront through Stripe, our online payment system. Once a payment is processed, the digger hire services will be confirmed. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless otherwise specified.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of any equipment hired from UK Construction Waste Co. Failure to adhere to safety standards may result in termination of services and additional charges.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any service provided with immediate effect, without liability, under circumstances that include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
UK Construction Waste Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if Nationwide Digger Hire has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services following any amendments indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
